H.E.A.L – Healthy Eating & Active Living

The H.E.A.L lifestyle change program is modeled after the National Diabetes Prevention Program, developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This proven program can help you make modest lifestyle changes to help you manage your diabetes or cut your risk of type 2 diabetes by more than half.

H.E.A.L is a program that provides a trained lifestyle coach to help participants along the journey to making long term changes with lasting results. Through weekly sessions, participants join a support group of people that they can relate to which provides a comfortable, safe place to share ideas, celebrate successes, all while having fun.

The Lifestyle coach teaches interactive weekly classes on a variety of health and nutrition subjects.
